Finding ones Ayurvedic Dosha

I have been studing several books and websites regarding Ayurveda.

I am finding it very interesting and helpful. Through taking the

tests to find my dosha ratio, I found my vata dosha to be way out of

balance (too much). I then took the suggestions/advise in these

books and on these websites. I am begining to feel much better.

Less scattered, frightend, depressed and unsure.

Because of this positive experiance I want to take my

healing/balancing further by addressing my other doshas. This

brings me to my question(s). I know there is the dosha ratio you

are born with and the one you are currently living with. When the

books/websites address you as a Vata, Pitta or Kapha are they

speaking of your dominant dosha you were born with or the dominant

dosha you have right now?

Also, even after taking several tests/questionaires at different

times I have not been able to determine wether my dominate dosha is

Pitta or Kapha in regards to the ratio I was born with. I was

concieved in the early spring, but I am not sure if this is

deffinative.

I appreciate any advice/guidance anyone can provide.

I live in Spokane, WA and travel to Seattle often. Does anyone know

of a Ayurvedic physician in my area?

Thank you for any information or assistance

Abbey

PS. I am currently practicing a daily sadhana using the beginner ky

collection from yoga tech. I have found it to be quite wonderful.

I look forward to sharing my experiances soon.

Thank you all for this forum of communication. I find it invaluable.
