Sat Nam,

 

In relation to the psoas muscle, it's been helpful to work with the Kriya for

Pelvic Balance, which I found in Shakta Kaur Khalsa's book titled Kundalini

Yoga. It seems to work the deep inner muscles as well as the external to keep

the pelvis in balance.

A good mental attitude to help release the fear of moving forward is "Hip, Hip

Hooray! There is joy in every day!

Sat Nam Dharam,

I tried to look up the "Aquarian Meditation" on the

site you posted & when I went to it it said it had

been moved...is there another place where we could

find this?

May I say also, I am very grateful for all your imput

that you give us... I know that takes time & I just

want to say "thank you" for the knowledge & time that

you share,it's very much appreciated...
