Guest guest Posted April 18, 2004 Report Share Posted April 18, 2004 Sat Nam, In relation to the psoas muscle, it's been helpful to work with the Kriya for Pelvic Balance, which I found in Shakta Kaur Khalsa's book titled Kundalini Yoga. It seems to work the deep inner muscles as well as the external to keep the pelvis in balance. A good mental attitude to help release the fear of moving forward is "Hip, Hip Hooray! May I say also, I am very grateful for all your imput that you give us...
