I live in Johannesburg in South Africa. I have been practising Kundalini for the past 3 years and love it! Glad to find others that are like-minded! I live in Nwe York and teach in my neighborhood and up in westchester county. How is africa? Do you have yoga studio's or where do you teach? We do have Yoga schools in SA. I was doing my teacher's training at Lakshmi School of yoga, but subsequently had to move, so am now looking for a new school to join.
