Guest guest Posted April 19, 2004 Report Share Posted April 19, 2004 SAT NAM I have been experiencing body shakes for quite sometime now, like over 8-9 months. Initially, it was mild and would be after meditation. Now-a-days body shakes are very intense and appears to be consuming a large % of my yoga time. I can feel that energy move up and as it moves up it rocks the body. Since it takes quite a bit of my yoga time I was wondering if there is a way around it or if I was doing something wrong?.
