Sat Nam, Dharam Singh...

You most certainly put this into words and did justice to the process. I have

been into KY for almost one year now and still have very much to deal with

releasing and resistance.

In my case, I believe so much in the power of simple Affirmations. Not long ago,

Gururattan Kaur Khalsa wrote beautiful words of "Surrender" I started using

them more or less as a Mantra, day after day...it was {and still is} a great

personal help in releasing. It goes something like..." I am not in charge of the

Universe...I surrender to God's will...I accept God's Plan...I live in Divine

Time"

Another priceless Affirmation that was offered to me is..."For today and always,

anger not, worry not. Be grateful and humble. Be kind to all. Be mindful and

live. Place your hands on self and let go. Let go of outcome, of worry, of

conditionings, of need...and simply Be. The rest takes care of itself."

As for seeing a good Homeopath...Last winter, even with daily Yoga practice and

Meditation, I developed terrible physical symptoms...high blood pressure,

sleepless nights etc...and we knew my "resistance to release" was causing all

this. I was put on a good natural regimen...in my case, Ginseng, Selenium, Milk

Thistle. I was steadily encouraged to stand tall with shoulders back, breath

long and deep, and Smile:-) And of course, also strongly encouraged to maintain

Yoga and Meditation practices.

Well...some 5 months later, I am still dealing with resistance and releasing.

But the physical discomforts have disappeared, I feel I am on the right

track...and feel so Blessed altogether.

This is only my humble experience...sent in Love and Light to All...

Jai Jagdesh
