If they are disruptive then you should probably throttle your practice back a bit. These side effects of energy work as in KY should not be come a distraction. Mostly though thye should not become the point of your practice. It is nice to have your kundalini rise and a deeply pleasurable feeling but you have to admit that it would be difficult to go through out the day with that kind of energy flowing through the body. Idea of sadhana is to raise our awareness, not only of ourselves and our body but of other spiritual being whom we come into contact with in our daily life. Hard to do if we're constantly paying attentions to ourselves.
