Hi David,

I'm a professional dancer, and I feel Kundalini Yoga will definitely

bring you to your full potential as a martial artist. I do the breath

meditation for inner talents and releasing inner anger from Ravi

Singh's book, Kundalini Yoga for Strength Success and Spirit. I also

do the quick fixes daily: Clearing Fear, Releasing Anger, and the Ego

Eradicator. The sets in this book are short. I usually note where I

feel tension in my body, and work on that chakra until it feels

clearer. You can balance them out by including warm ups so that you

flex your spine, stretch the sciatic nerve, set the navel point, and

charge your aura.

My Kundalini Yoga teacher had a martial arts background, and he only

did a few warm ups every day, but practiced the meditations for 62

mins.! This I feel is what made him incredibly strong.

At 39, I am dancing classical ballet on a level I never knew was

possible. I credit Kundalini Yoga combined with my Vaganova training.

I now believe that it is repressed emotion which causes the aches and

pains, not age. Other dancers always ask me about Yoga. This system

brings such light through your muscles. You become very strong, and

can concentrate intensely. I do the chants daily, and go to sleep

listening to the chants for Sadhana. It really helps to reprogram the

subconcious mind.

All the best to you,

Sat Paul Kaur
