Guest guest
i'm new to kundalini yoga... though i have been a theravadan buddhist on and off for the last 35 years..... since discovering it at age 14.... i'm currently exporing kundalin yoga as to "tool" to augment my spiritual growth... in hopes that it will complement my buddhist path and restore my body/mind/soul balance..... i'm currently employed in two fields that deal with death... one as a paliative care giver and the other with the coroner's office... any advice on ways to balance the negative energys that i often encounter in these fields would be much appreciated.... currently i'm using mantra meditation to facilitate this ..... Sat Nam..... rick "This existence of ours is as transient as autumn clouds. To watch the birth and death of beings is like looking at the movements of a dance. A lifetime is like a flash of lightning in the sky, Rushing by, like a torrent down a steep mountain." Buddha
