New to Kundalini

Hi,

I am new to Kundalini yoga and do not have access to a teacher where

I live. I am relying totally on books and this site as well as the

KY training site.

 

If there are any out there who can help me to set my practice on a

proper path, I would be eternally grateful.

 

I do have prior yoga training with an instructor, but wish to work at

home to be with my daughter.
