Guest guest
Hello everyone i have been reading allot so i thought i may as-well introduce myself. I have been going through an awakening process since the age of 16 were i used to announce to everyone in school at the top of my voice that i was the birdman, i had a friend Dom who used to run around me shouting Garuda Garuda all hail Garuda most people thought we where crazy or rather eccentric i didn't know at the time why we where doing it although i now have more of an idea, i have been practising kundalini yoga and meditation for the past 4 months. This has given me and insight to my previous behaviour and i now know i am an advanced soul. I have my own philosophy on the origins of the universe i believe i know what voids are and how we are all connected as one. To help me through this process i am writing my thoughts down and my own book. I will be burning the money i make for this will make a point. sorry for the long introduction and the spelling ( I'm dyslexic ) on your question about Astral Projection www.Astralpulse.com this i believe contains valuable information about astral projection and all you will need to know. Advance spiritually any way that you think feels right. Love to all Birdman VJMBuck wrote: If anyone knows about astral projection, how can one be sure to stay with the body? Guest guest
This can be experienced with increased frequency with Kundalini activation. If you awaken to find yourself bouncing gently against the ceiling of your room in your house and you turn over, as one does as they lazily doze, and see yourself sleeping in your bed. Well this a classic example of an OOB or out of body experience. OOBs can be experienced intentionally or as they choose to emerge into your life. The Kundalini can amplify this experience or for a time impede it as your body goes through its upgrade. Most often it is intensified too the point where sleep or relaxation isn't required only a shift of attention. If you are not experiencing this and wish too there are many techniques that have a good track record. Monroe's Hemi-Synch for frequency stimulation ( merging both hemispheres of the brain) is a way for those who have difficulty relaxing, because of anticipation anxiety. Better yet are the meditational techniques that are closely aligned with the Kundalini practice espoused here. However you get there it is a good primer for the acceptance and experience of a multi-platformed sensorial physical / quasi-physical teaching. If there is more interest we can go there. -
