Bless you dear one!

Are you able to go within and get to/find that place of peace there? Do you

meditate? Can you find the calm place within you that keeps you there no

matter where you are on the outside?

 

Have you tried the Chakra Yoga video? I am using that right now and it is

helpful.

 

Maybe the prosperity sets?

Grounding?

I agree with Amy that the Chakra Yoga video will be helpful to you.

Practice it every day if you can, and like magic, you will eventually

begin to feel less depressed, and connected to your inner guidance.

 

This was the first video I started working with and it helped me in

this way. The asanas work all your chakras to clear and strengthen

them and you also practice the locks. It's also nice to have a video

guiding you when you are not feeling your best. When you're feeling

better, you will want to expand from there.

 

If you find any of the exercises difficult, do your best without

straining yourself. (I still use flat pillows to protect my knees in

rock pose)The most important thing is to practice every day if you

can.
