Sat Nam!

 

First let me introduce myself.

My name is Carl and I'm living in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden.

I've been practising Kundalini Yoga on and off for about 7 years.

But since the last year I've been practicing it more regularly and

always trying to do a set or a meditation for at least 40 days. It

has really payed off. I feel much more content with myself and my

life. More hole as a person. Kundalini Yoga is really something I

can't live without.

 

I have a question:

While doing a set or a meditation for 40 day is it alright to do it

one day in the morning and the next day in the afternoon? Or do You

allways have to do it the same time of day?

I sometimes have difficults to get upp in the morning and then I do

the practice in the afternoon instead.
