Guest guest Posted May 3, 2004 Report Share Posted May 3, 2004 Sat Nam Everybody, I live in Melbourne, Australia and it has been extremely cold in the morning. I can't bear to have a cold shower. On odd mornings I have been splashing my face and washing my feet in the cold water. What are your thoughts on this? How do you hope if you live in a cold area?
