Guest guest
--Sat Nam, Could you post a little more information concerning what is in this book. How many postures does it cover? Are the postures explained seperately or in the context of certain kriyas? Money is tight right now and I would like to make sure I am getting what I think I am getting. Thanks - In Kundaliniyoga, "Gordon" <gordon> wrote: > Hi Folks > > Yoga Technology on-line store has just received a long awaited new Kundalini Yoga book. Guest guest
The book goes into great detail about the proper ways to breath, to perform the bhandas or locks, correct posture, etc. It also contains some kriyas from the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, but in these kriyas every part is very fully illustrated and explained. The books sections are Bhandas, Roots, Breath, Warmups, The Gatekeepers, Growing your Postures, Navel Intelligence, Sat Kriya, Focus, Mantras, Endnotes. There is something in this book for everyone, no matter what level they have attained, and even if they are only starting out. It is better by far to learn good habits from the start than trying to correct bad ones later. All I can say is buy the book. You will not be disappointed. Sat Nam!
