Guest guest
Sat Nam Adarsh Singh Could you explain Sufi circles ? Sat Nam Ranjit Kaur, Thanks for the wonderful advice. It will speak straight to the hearts of those in need. I have a question about the bicycle/leg lifts with piston motion. If you are on your back, how high do you lift your legs? I was taught to do bicycle sort of in a shoulder stand with legs toward ceiling so I'm a little confused. THANKS TO ALL FOR MAKING ME A BETTER TEACHER
Guest guest
Sat Naam, Sorry I overlooked this! Ideally, your feet are about 6-12 inches from the floor. Adjust the height as you need to for your own comfort, especially to support the low back. Sliding your hands underneath the hips helps too. It is more like a variation of stretch pose with your head down and alternate leg bends than shoulderstand or bicycle. Does that make sense? Bicycles are good for the knees too! Riding real bicycles, too! Wah! ranjit k. >DawnsStars >Sat Nam Ranjit Kaur, Thanks for the wonderful advice. It will speak >straight >to the hearts of those in need.
