I simply translated them for my own scripts into English. Exercise 4: Yes, you circle the lower legs clockwise and counterclockwise for approx each 30 secs, then change leg Exercise 5: Also here - circles clockwise and counterclockwise for approx each 30 secs, then change leg Exercise 6: the leg swings to the outside - left leg as far left as possible, right leg as far right as possible Sending blessings from Shanghai, Adarsh S.
