Guest guest
Sat Nam: I was asked to do an introduction of myself as a new member of this list. My name is Bob Roberts, I am a returning yogi. I had a strong practice from 1973 through 1981, when my daughter was born in 1981, I cut my hair and started to build my business to support my family, I found myself lost in being a good father and less and less into my practice, the San Rafael, CA Ashram moved and as it can be said, life just went on. Though my daughter is a strong Yogi and vegan, so I did something right along the way. I have a 174 acre retreat, information on that can be found at www.bellsprings.org. I have been a follower of Buddhist practices, primarily keeping with in the tradition of Ajahn Chah. I first met Yogi Bhajan when I was 18. Nothing has ever replaced the light in my heart or my love for Yogi Bhajan. I am bringing yoga teachings back into my practice and look forward to sharing and learning how to be a better yogi. You can find more about me at http://66.155.28.50/bsf/bobroberts.htm - Bob
