Guest guest
Sat Nam Dear friends, I have just (1 week ago) gone through a very painful separation with my partner, who has been my best and most sacred friend for 11 years. I am feeling very weak and empty, it is almost unbearable, but I am just about hanging in there. Has yogi-ji given any advise on what I could do for myself at this time. I am in a lot of pain and feel much loss, especially in my heart and solar plexus, but also my energy field in general and nerves are very weak. My mind feels broken at this time. Guest guest
----- I have expirience that pray to God with my own word (or text from other persons for examle poets , saints, ........ text which exalted me) and text for help (or others) can help. I start to feel concentration of prana in my heart and plexus solaris and very positive emotions which is like soon after long and unpleasant rain. And "miracle" is that that produce change of energy inside me and our thoughts and emotions are nothig other then highfrequency energy.Your heart is good and I sugested you to try. And easy and long pranayama (as long as you can and feel comfortable) including Khumbaka is very helpful. Meditation is aslo very good. Enyoj in your life. Dont wory be happy. And try ever to respect will of others persons, they are living being in evolution and have a right on his will what ever that can be so long they do not force his/her will or make evil to others. Finaly we have no other choice. I do not know is that death or just not more contact. What ever is that that is just one change in bilions of jears in ocean of change on this beautiful planet which God give us for our lifes (ability for our rapid spiritual evolution). And God send us saints to teach us (Yogi Bhayan, and many othres,.......) Best wishes And greeting from Germany Jupiter

Guest guest
Sat Nam Krishan Shiva, Ra Ma Da Sa is a very powerful healing mantra, for emotional wounds. As you chant it, with arms bent at the sides of your body and the palms facing up, visualize a pink light energy coming out of your right palm going up, towards the sky and then coming back in through your left palm. So, you'll have a circle of healing energy flowing through you (your heart chakra) and heaven. And just remember, that the greatest healer of them all, is Time. When you love someone, you love them for life. That doesn't change. But what does change, is the way you experience your love. The outside form, may change but the essence will always stay the same. And that works both ways. Love Sat Atma
Guest guest
Sat Nam Krishan Shiva Kaur, My heart and loving thoughts are also being directed your way. No direct quotes from YB....but a few things to share regardless. First, allow yourself to cry...the grief doesn't get released otherwise. Experience your emotions with the perspective of the neutral mind....as in allow them to be there and be present with them, without fueling them to keep them alive...and eventually each wave will subside...and you will have become stronger for it. At summer solstice I was in a workshop for grief and we chanted the mantra Sat nam 6 times fast and one Wahe Guru...I believe it is a mantra to soften shock effects. The other thing that comes to mind is Gurbani Kirtan. I believe it heals whatever ails you. I heard Snatam Kaur speak once about how she went through a painful time of loss and she turned towards the Guru with all her pain and just totally offered her pain to the sound current allowing it to transmute the negativity and to allow it to resurface as Truth and love. I know for myself, any kind of Gurbani Kirtan, helps me to transmute any negativity I am experiencing. I chant Japji, inparticular....and the vibration takes me over and what was hidden comes to the light, what was constricted or limited, opens to infinity...the light of love and Truth begin to flow through me and the emotion and commotion turns to devotion...and I feel as if I have just dived into the ocean of "all"...and in this experience of consciousness....there is no such thing as separation. So when I want to re-connect....I go looking for the Guru, in the form of the sound current, vibrating through all of eternity. All light, love and re-connection, Sat Sangeet kaur
Guest guest
Dear Krishan Shiva Kaur, One of the things you are experiencing is auric pain. When two people separate, especially lovers, they separate their auras. This is a very intense pain that is hard to identify except that it is very painful. The remedy given by Yogi Bhajan for this is SA TA NA MA meditation. Do it for 31 minutes or more once or twice a day until the pain subsides. Do at least once a day for 31 minutes for at least 90 days. Chant ONG NA MO GURU DEV NA MO for 11 to 31 minutes and ask all the Gurus and any other available pure beings and angels to help release the pain. However, the pain is also due to the fact that you need to take back your energy and feel complete in yourself. Do navel sets everyday and focus only on your own self. You can be empowered by this. This program will work. Many blessings to you, Gururattan Kaur > I have just (1 week ago) gone through a very painful separation with my partner, > who has been my best and most sacred friend for 11 years. > > I am feeling very weak and empty, it is almost unbearable, but I am just about > hanging in there. > > Has yogi-ji given any advise on what I could do for myself at this time. Guest guest
Dear GuruRattan, Thank you for your advice. About a week ago I started a 40 day sadhana of Sodarshan Chakra Kriya, 11 minutes. Will this be helpful in working on the navel centre to 'take back my energy and feel complete' in myself.. or should I focus more on the Nabhi Kriya sets? They both work on taking back your energy. I would add some physical exercise to this so that it gets thoroughly integrated in your whole body and all the chakras. i.e. add some form for nabhi kriya. Kirtan Kryia works on the emotional body. That is important too. Even 11 minutes a day will make a difference. Stay present to what you are feeling. You must be consciously aware of yourself, your sensations, and body to pull your energy back into yourself. The awareness practice is just as important as the meditation and exercises that make awareness possible (and pleasurable). There are a lot of aspects to taking back your energy and claiming your power for yourself. Enjoy the process.
