Guest guest
Sat Nam, I am in the process of starting a spiritual journal. I am enrolled in the online KY lessons and journaling would be a great way to check my advancement. Does anyone uses a spiritual journal? Can you give us some suggestions/advices? I was listening to a Western Sikh kirtan online and heard the sentence "merging in You" (or something like that). What is the Sikh belief regarding the Divine? Is it a dualistic or non-dualistic path? Thanks for any help! Blessings! Sat Sangeet Singh
Guest guest
Sat Sangeet Singh Thank you for asking the question about journals. It lead me to seek out what the online KY lessons were, which brought me to kundalini yogaclasses.html. I assume these are the same classes you referred to. What a wonderful set of lessons, they will be an important part of my morning practice and study. What a blessing and honor it is to be able to study again with 3HO. May the long time sunshine upon you. Peace.
