I hope to become a certified teacher. Will be teaching some Kundalini classes at a Hatha studio in Denver this summer. I just didn't know what to do with it at that point in my life. I just knew that it was one of the happiest and spiritually uplifting periods in my life. I have been practicing KY again for the last ten years or so though I moved back to Wisconsin in 1981. Hope you enjoy our list and share your experiences or questions.
