With spring come new flowers and new growth. Also within the body new blood is going to circulate: For such times, God has given us steamed celery. You can lose weight and also cleanse the liver by following this diet. Only steamed celery with crushed red chilies may be eaten. Don't cut up the celery or blend it, and keep the strings. The red chilies give the blood a boost, and provides phosphorus. You may be as liberal as you like with the chilies. In 40 days you can have a totally beautiful, healthy and toxin-free blood. VEGETABLE JUICES The following juices can help you during hard times: (1) For a lack of flexibility in the human character and to increase the buffer when you are facing something that is out of tune, drink the following nectar daily: 6 oz. of carrot juice, 2 oz. of beet juice, and 4 oz. of celery juice. Start on the first day of the moon cycle and end on the 15th. (2) If luckily or unluckily you are a professional person and you are married, and somehow three times a week you have arguments -- if it is less than that , don't worry -- but if it is three times or more, you especially need 32 oz. of celery juice a week.
