Guest guest Posted June 5, 2004 Report Share Posted June 5, 2004 Hello, I have been doing an intermediate kundalini tape off and on for a while now, and I think I have sensed the kundalini rising, up to the mid chest and sometimes throat area. My question is this: what does it feel like. To me, it feels like a very strong, intense 'rush' type feeling, almost like but not exactly like an adrenaline charge or something. I can really feel it when I breathe out and then pull root lock, sometimes I cannot hold on for long, as it is really intense. does this sound like kundalini to you folks with experience? thanks so much, john Friends.
