Guest guest Posted June 8, 2004 Report Share Posted June 8, 2004 Hi. Thank you all for your patience with my questions, I am really a newbie to KY and am trying to learn! The other day I was doing the Mantra Girl beginners video and there is a part where you are supposed to gaze at your energy field between your palms. I've seen a sort of rippling there before, but last time I saw an actual glowing around my right hand, but not my left. I looked at it through the side of my eye, if I focused on that hand it disappeared. I thought that was strange until we moved past that exercise and when I closed my eyes my entire field of vision was reddish/orange and the exact outline of my hands was black! It wasn't bright in the room, in fact if anything it was somewhat dim. I have had images "burned" on my eyes before, when I closed them I saw a bright spot, but I have never had it bright with a clear black outline of something before.
