Sat Nam,

 

Shakta Kaur Khasa's book Yoga for Women has a short chapter on menopause She

recommends, the fish pose ,downward facing dog ,the chair , pigeon and frontal

lunge . She also has a meditation for emotional balance . There is a lot of

useful information ranging from "healthy breast care" kriys, balancing poses and

meditations . There is a CD that you can buy separately to go along with the

book .

Sat nam,

 

Menopause requires that you learn to relax and not use so much energy in

stressful thinking and activities. Breath into the kidneys by putting your

hands on them and feeling the area expand on the inhale. Relax between

exercises and breath. Any over heating during or after exercises is a

message you have exerted yourself too much.
