Guest guest
Sat nam, Menopause requires that you learn to relax and not use so much energy in stressful thinking and activities. Breath into the kidneys by putting your hands on them and feeling the area expand on the inhale. Relax between exercises and breath. Any over heating during or after exercises is a message you have exerted yourself too much. SAt Nam, Gururattan Kaur
