My name is Barbara. I have begun practicing KY again. I love it, it definitly supports my spiritual growth. It truly is the Yoga of Awareness. I life in Minnesota and have found a center that teaches KY. They will also be offering the Teachers Training in 2005. Very cool, I plan on participating in that wonderful opportunity.
