Guest guest Posted June 16, 2004 Report Share Posted June 16, 2004 SAT NAM, According to what I have been told in our Indian culture we are supposed to face either North or East when we wake up , that means our head lies in line with the west or south direction. Yogi Bhajan says head in the East and the soles of the feet would then be facing in the West. Why not try out the various positions for a few days at a time and see which one works best for you.
