I have been trying and wonder if it is down for some reason...is there any other way to get through and get info about the teacher certification course being offered this summer? Guest guest Posted June 22, 2004 Report Share Posted June 22, 2004 Pardon me for my ignorance, but I am trying to fin a good video tape series or DVD series (heck, even book...) that explains the nuances of kundalini meditation. I attended my first kundalini class a few days ago (which was positive), but it was only kundalini stretching and poses, and no meditation per se.
