Guest guest
Sat Nam Clay I suggest the book called_ Kundalini Yoga by Shakta Kaur Khalsa. It is an excellent book, approved by the Kundalini Research Institute and published out of the UK by Dorling Kindersley. the ISBN is 0 7894 6770 4. It gives great information and is beautifully illustrated...more comprehensive than a DVD and it does speak about meditations. Sat Nam Annalee (heck, even book...) that explains the nuances of kundalini > meditation. I attended my first kundalini class a few days ago (which was > positive), but it was only kundalini stretching and poses, and no meditation per > se. I want to learn k. meditation, and any advice would be appreciated. > > > Thanks, > Clay > > > > > > > > > Kundalini Yoga - for the best online selection of Books, Videos and DVDs on Kundalini Yoga, based on ancient technology as brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan. Also a great range of beautiful Meditation and Mantra CDs, all with RealAudio sound clips. > - visit > Links > > > > > >
