Guest guest
Hi Clay Yoga Technology (www.yogatech.com) is full of videos, DVDs and books about Kundalini Yoga. Gururattan's books remain extremely popular, with their huge numbers of illustrated sets and meditations accompanied by detailed explanations, and appendices on mantra, breathing, mudra and other basic building blocks. You could also check out our special offer for the Beginners' Series by Nirvair Singh, on DVD and video. For something more advanced I can recommend Ravi Singh's videos. Finally, there is a wide selection of mantra music to suit all tastes and occasions, complete with comprehensive sound clips, and Yogi Tea at very keen prices too. Sat Nam! Pardon me for my ignorance, but I am trying to fin a good video tape series or DVD series (heck, even book...) that explains the nuances of kundalini meditation. I attended my first kundalini class a few days ago (which was positive), but it was only kundalini stretching and poses, and no meditation per se. I want to learn k. meditation, and any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Clay
