Guest guest
Hi Jon, I thought I'd add a bit of advice to the many tips you are getting. You may want to go to a health food store and get some Acidophilus pills. They contain the active bacteria culture found in yogurt. Your beneficent bacteria may be out of whack which can cause yeast infections or thrush. However you should know that some coating on the tongue is considered healthy. Guest guest
Sat Nam Dr. Carlos and others, Am 60 and having an uther bleeding. Not much but discomfortable. Had to stop heavy abdomen yoga. Made all exams and have less estrogen. Also my uther has increased. My doctor gave me a natural herb called cimifuga racemosa or clifemin. But I would like also the help of some yoga set. Am doing all the glandular ones I have but what else could I do or eat or else to normalize this situation. Am having a sort of second menopause. Anyone could throw some light please ? Guest guest
Sat Naam Many Eastern systems of medicine look to the tongue as an indicator of internal health. There you can see signs of imbalance, toxins, disease, etc. in the body. Do some research on the state of the tongue, especially in the realm of Acupuncture, and see if you can match your symptoms and get an idea what is going on. I sometimes get "scallops" around the edge of my tongue. My acupuncturist said that is due to a damp spleen. Then she told me to eat a pork chop! I found further information on the web about it as well, since none of that helped me. But hope it's helped you!
