Guest guest
Hi there, I was wondering if you would have any advice on what to do in order to help this condition. It centres on the release of androgens, due to a hormonal imbalance. How do I balance out the mal and female hormones in my body? I am new to all of this. I do not even practice KY and am just learning about it. Please help if you can..I would really appreciate it. Jaspreet Kaur
Guest guest
Dear Jaspreet Kaur, > to help this condition. It centres on the release of androgens, due > to a hormonal imbalance. How do I balance out the mal and female > hormones in my body? I am new to all of this. I do not even practice > KY and am just learning about it. The practice of KY will definitely help balance male/female hormones. THere are seven Kundalini sets in Sexuallity and Sprituality (available on www.yogatech.com) You can pick any one of these sets and practice one everyday. You can either alternate or stay with the same set. I would suggest doing one set for 40 days and then switch to another set. Actually, I suggest starting with Set #2 on page 30-31 and do it for at least 40 days. The secret with KY is that you must do it everyday. If you stop your old condition can return. KY does work on hormone secretion and balance. Get started and let us know how you do. There are of course other factors, but this practice will cover the basics which may be all you need. Guest guest
Sat Nam, It would be interesting to have a blood test done to measure your hormone levels before you start your practice and then have another test after 90 days of practice. Guest guest
Thank you so much, I did not really expect such a speedy response. Its so nice when people help for no reason other than that. x
Guest guest
How does one become a member of 3HO? Is it possible? I am a complete beginner and would like to join. I remember meeting Yogi Bhajan and others in my youth. My family looked after him in terms of buying food supplies and sorting out the house where everyone stayed. I was young, around fourteen, when he visited Birmingham. I remember being in awe even then, of the lifestyle. Now I find myself here, trying to start on the path of Kundalini awakening, but wanting to practice it in a more rounded way, and change my entire lifestyle. I have looked for teachers in this area (Birmingham, U.K), to no avail. I am Sikh also, and would like to become a true follower, in this way. I am 26.
