Guest guest Posted July 1, 2004 Report Share Posted July 1, 2004 Hi, I've been practing Kundalini yoga off and on for the past two years, but I haven't been part of a discussion on it before. I'm glad to be here. I started practicing when my doctor told me to get my knee checked out by an orthopeadic doctor. I was told I have arthritis of the knee, at 30, I was very upset. I knew yoga had helped me in the past, but wanted to try something new along those lines. I tried a Kundalini class and am hooked. I go to class once a week at the local Y now and practice the mantras extensively. I need more focus on my knees though. Any ideas? -Sasha New and Improved Mail - Send 10MB messages!
