Guest guest
I have a problem with disciplined work on my sadhana. My natal chart say that I can make nice progres but my mind is not disciplined. One day I make sadhana 3-4 hours and next days nothing then again 2-3 hours ,....... then noting 1-2 days or weeks. I wish to brake this. Have anybody sugestion or method how to develop discipline and regular intensiv training? Sugestions are wellcome. Best wishes to all. Guest guest
Sat Nam, > Has anybody sugestion or method how to develop discipline and regular intensiv training? Commit to what you can do EVERYDAY. Let's say 30 minutes. Everything after that is a bonus. If you want to do more, that is fine. But after 30 minutes you have lived up to your commitment. Some people need to start out with 5 minutes. That is ok too. Then do what you like best first. Maybe just sitting and doing a breathing exercise, a chant, ong na mo, spinal flex. There is something that you love to do. Do that. Then everything else after that is gravey. When you do what you like you shift your energy and usually want to do more. 3-4 hours a day is great, but if you are doing that and then quit, it might be too much to sustain. Maybe 1-2 hours a day would allow you to be more consistant. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
Guest guest
Sat Nam, Thanke you. I find that that is very g(o)od advice. I decided to make half hour pranayama 10:40:20 (more if very easy performance) seconds ratio daily and at the same time meditation and concentration on heart chakra becouse that produce very sweet little flame of pleasure in heart chakra and mind enyoj in pleasure and I think that I will be disciplined. I will drug my mind with heart chakra radiation and he will accept this like a form of daily drug becouse radiation is pleasure and mind will wish to do that every day.
