Guest guest
Hi. Below is a mantra/meditation to bring white light into your aura. I wrote it down during a class, but got confused as to the number of gurus in the chant. If some could clarify/confirm/correct the words for me if you are familiar with this one that would be great! I have a lot of kundalini books but couldnt find it in any. - thanks! Easy pose. Eyes 1/10th closed. Hands in prayer position, stretching the chicken skin. Hands are pointing away from you at about 45 degrees (i.e. not up to the sky) and are a hand width away from the chest. Thumbs will be pointing up. 1. Inhale 4 breaths, through nose. Turning neck left/right/left/right. 2. Chant: guru guru wahe guru ram das guru twice, really quick. Repeat 11 mins. (Note: wahe and ram will be lower in pitch than the rest) Chant means: The wisdom that comes as a servant of the infinite. @end, do it softly a few times. Then inhale up and stretch up. Shake and relax.
Guest guest
Hi Craig, you only missed one guru ;-) it goes like this: guru guru wahe guru *guru* ram das guru This is also the last Mantra of the morning Sadhana and is closely connected to Guru Ram Dass, who is closely connected to Yogi Bhajan It is a very benificiant mantra Sat Nam Martin (Duesseldorf)
