Guest guest
Dear Jazz You should contact Guru Ram Kaur - grk - secretary of the UK Kundalini Teachers Association. I am sure she will be able to find you a teacher. There are many people interested in KY in the Birmingham area. Sat Nam! I am a complete beginner and would like to join. I remember meeting Yogi Bhajan and others in my youth. My family looked after him in terms of buying food supplies and sorting out the house where everyone stayed. I was young, around fourteen, when he visited Birmingham. I remember being in awe even then, of the lifestyle. Now I find myself here, trying to start on the path of Kundalini awakening, but wanting to practice it in a more rounded way, and change my entire lifestyle. I have looked for teachers in this area (Birmingham, U.K), to no avail. I am Sikh also, and would like to become a true follower, in this way. I am 26.
