I am wondering of all the Kundalini Yoga Mantras, which one is best

for Japa while walking around, being at work, at home, and doing

things in normal life. Would it be Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam Sri Wahe Guru?

or some other mantra.

Thanks,

Paul

That would be great. It depends on what works for you. That may be a

little long to be practical. I find Sat Nam, SA TA NA MA and Wha he Guru

integrate better with the normal rhythms of breathing, walking and activity.

Inhale Sat, exhale Nam is easy to adapt to the normal breath. This is the

basic one. If we can actually inhale Sat and exhale Nam with every breath,

we are very blessed. Then you can use the one you suggested as an

affirmation to remind you of infinite reality and to break the hold of

negative thoughts. I think the combination would be excellent.

Any Divine mantra that you choose and actually do is good. Try them out

and see what works for you.

Sat Nam,
