Guest guest
I was just wondering if there is anywhere online that has audio versions of the mantras used in the kriyias? I hope I spelled that correctly. I haven't really the funds to purchase DVD's or CD's at the moment, but need some help with the pronunciations. I have been trying the sadhanas and not having much success. I think I need a more stable routine, but working shift work is making it difficult. Is there anyone that has to work around rotating shifts in their daily routine? How do you set up a practice time that works when at the time you should be practicing you are asleep and vice versa? I am getting less and less accomplished and feeling down about the entire thing now. I wish I had a teacher locally but there is no one that is even close. Guest guest
http://www.sikhnet.com they have music online u can listen to for free. You'll get to hear the pronunciation. generally, mantras are chanted; not sung. (i think everything on sikhnet is sung). chanting is mono-tone (all at the same pitch). Mantras are sometimes sung also hope that helps. i have found the site to be terrific.
