Guest guest
Sat nam! There is a product on the market called cellfood, made by oxygen for life. It is an oxygen and mineral supplement, which supplies one's body with oxygen on a cellular level, and does not cause any free radical activity in one's body, actually counteracts free radicals because of its formulation. I would like to know if a supplement like this would hinder or enhance one's yoga practice. Any comments will be welcome. Santie
Guest guest
I would be very wary of such a product. How could it possibly do more for you than correct breathing and nutrition? Do any doctors or scientists recommend it? That is, any who are not employed by the manufacturers! Guest guest
Pete, My comment. Cellfood has been around, for as long as I have, oops. It would harm your yoga practice. However, the best oxygen in life is free.....BREATHE. Breath of Fire not only oxygenates your blood but alkalizes it as well, what more could you ask for? Guest guest
Sat nam, Oxygen is good. Try it and see. Life is one big experiment to see what works for us and what doesn't. And then to make choices. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
