Guest guest
Sat Nam Crow! A good place to start understanding the power of japji is to begin using it! Start chanting! It will bring the clarification, openness, sweetness, and power you seek. After the mantra's potency (virya) is unlocked hamsa-mantra occurs. The mantra recites itself spontaneously. As with all yogic practices the motivation and dedication of the student is paramount. Through mantra we place an energy of Divine sound into healing. We alter the nature of the mind and prana this way...not the outward universe. The 3rd Zen Patriarch "The Great Way is not difficult for those who have no preferences. When love and hate are both absent everything becomes clear and undisguised. Make the smallest distinction, however, and heaven and earth are set infinitely apart. If you wish to see the Truth, then hold no opinions for or against anything. To set up what you like against what you dislike is the decease of the mind. When the deep meaning of things is not understood, the mind's essential peace is disturbed to no avail." With an egoic discussion what we can't wrap the mind around creates chaos and misunderstandings in our world. When the experience reaches us we don't need the discussion. Sat Nam! Blessings on your path... Guru Ravi Kaur
