Guest guest
Sat Naam, Speaking of eye positions... I recently had an intense experience using drishti while doing spinal twists. Eyes closed, fixed at the 3rd eye point. I was really concentrating on fixing my eyes there more than usual this time around, and was able to lock into it really well for the most part of the first 3 minutes. It was very cool. Then while continuing into the 4th minute, I noticed I was working so hard at maintaining the drishti that I had no idea what the rest of my body was doing, ha ha! So to adjust, I directed my mental attention to the navel point and engaged it to align my posture. As soon as I did this, I felt a strong, straight line of energy connecting my 3rd eye and navel point. It literally created an axis for me around which to spin. It felt like a tube of empty space, but yet it was so tangible and solid too, that I was more aware of it than any physical part of my body for the remainder of the exercise. I was still twisting back and forth externally, but internally, it felt like I was sitting perfectly still. Lovely moment. Cheers! ranjit k. _______________ Is your PC infected?
