The Mastak Granthi : a blocking in the skull

Hey all,

 

I feel this very strong tension in the middle of the BOTTOM of my

brain. I feel it is not far from hypophysis (or possibly at the

hypophysis itself ?). Or maybe is it where the two optic nerves link

each other.

 

I have been googling a bit to know how to solve this problem,

because it prevents me from focusing while studying, and also having

good visuals when astral projecting. I found that this energy

blocking was what Babaji called the "Mastak Granthi". He said that

ascending Kundalini would pierce that knot and finally reach the top

of the head.

 

While still waiting for Kundalini, it causes great strain in the

back of my eyes, so that my eyes look like "screwed in my skull" so

to say ... and moreover it prevents the energy coming from the

lower centers to fully enter the Third Eye and Crown chakras...

 

Does anyone know more about this, and eventually know how to solve

the problem ? I have tried to meditate and open up the Third Eye but

it actually makes things worse... It looks like the blocking is

below the Third Eye.

Try doing exercises for the lower chakras to distribute the energy in the

lower body. The concentration of energy in the head is sometimes the

problem. Instead of doing root lock just relax after the exercises and let

the energy fill your bellly. Let us know if this helps.
