Dear Marcia,

Hi! I need some help with a daily routine for someone that is just getting

started, I've already been through the lessons.

* There is so much to choose from. It depends on what you want to work on

first. I suggest getting one of the basic books on www.yogatech.com and

choosing a set and then doing Kritan Kryia meditation, which is in one of

the lessons as a meditation. Once you find a set that suits you do it 40

days and then pick another set.

Trust your intuition in terms of picking the book and the set. Also once

you have the book you feel covers the topic you want to address first, let

us know and we can suggest a few sets to pick from. Depends on how much

time you have too.

* That is not recommended. How could you even do it? This meditation

requires using both hands, having the eyes closed and mentally concentrating

between crown and third eye.

You can chant SA TA NA MA while driving, but this is different than Kirtan

Kryia.
