Sat Nam,

I have been posting alot lately, but alot else has been happening,

too!!! Very positively, but a might overwhelming. On July 9th, I had

my lst Kundalini rising experience, not once but twice during my

regular practice. Such sweet Bliss!!!

Next, I had confirmed with a source I cannot say about my destiny;

and this morning's mail brought me my response from Yogi Bhajan,

giving me my spiritual name(which is confusing plus exciting!) and

ALSO confirming my destiny. I know within this is true, but I need a

Guru to show me the way. I would very much like afore-mentioned to be

my Guru, but I do not know how to approach him, and I doubt he has

the time.Love and Light,Georgia

Dear Nirmal Kaur,

You are not alone. You have never been alone. You cannot be alone. It is

impossible. It is just that you don't pay attention to all the help you are

getting. Also you have not yet trained yourself to acknowledge and use all

the resources inside yourself to connect, not only with your own heart and

inner guidance, but also with the teachers and guides that are assisting

you.

It is great that you have had your first Kundalini rising experience. You

have reached a cross roads in your spiritual awakening. Now you must be

aware, pay attention, and listen.

Pay attention to the bliss. Be with this energy as though it was your

teacher.

Pay attention to confirming, not to the confusion or the excitement.

Yogi Bhajan showed up with your name. Just chant ONG NA MO GURU DEV NA MO

and he will be present. Of course, not like talking to a friend, but much

deeper. You will have to pay attention and listen. But if you ask

questions, you will get answers. You can also write him letters and not even

send them and you will get answers. But don't expect the regular type of

conversation.

He always has the time if you use the above methods. You are at your next

stage. Use the energy to advance to the next level of trust by tuning into

the new level of awareness that is now available to you.

Sat Nam,

Gururattan Kaur
