Dear Carl,

 

You need to relax your mind, body and emotions. Do Shabad Kryia Meditation

which is in one of the free online lessons every night before you go to bed.

Or do left nostril breathing for at least 5 minutes.

 

Generally you need to reduce stress. Practice KY every day and do Kirtan

Kryia everyday to clear the subconscious. (in free on line lessons)

 

Do for 40 days and let us know. Many people have this problem and it would

be very useful to get some testimonials on what works.
