Guest guest
A few questions: 1) What is the eye focus for the wahe guru kriya? open, closed, or focused on the nose? 2) For kirten kriya my breath pattern has been four pulls on the exhale from the navel to coincide with sa ta na ma followed by inhale through the nose. For the silent part do i continue to pull from the navel in four parts on the exhale as if i were saying the mantra? or do i breath deeply focusing on the screen in my mind sa ta na ma entering the top of my head and exiting through my third eye. 3) Does the sodershan kriya meditation by itself without setting the navel, since you are pumping the navel? 4)What do you think about hi-tech meditation? 5) I have alot of fear in me and find the nahbi kriya gets rid of that anxiety and replaces it with confidence. There must be an imbalance in my first three chakras is there another way to balance them? Over time will this condition correct itself with continued practice or must i continue to pump the navel the rest of my life? I'm prepared to do it because with navel power i get so much more out of my day. P.S. Have returned to nahbi kriya with full times (I stopped doing it for one year and have returned to it with a new appreciation of its value, in helping me to stand my ground and be a more assertive person.) and kirten kriya and find that they help heal the hurt and balance me. Nabhi kriya was wearing off before cause i didn't do the full time of 15minsof pushing my legs out and hugging them, to strengthen the magnetic field and open the navel center. If you are a beginner check out nabhi and kirten it is a good place to start, beginning with shorter times and building to full time. I thank you in advance for aiding me in my quest for peace of mind.- chris Vote for the stars of 's next ad campaign! http://advision.webevents.//votelifeengine/
Guest guest
Dear Chris, > A few questions: * A few? :+) 1) What is the eye focus for the> wahe guru kriya? open, closed, or focused on the > nose? * If it is not given you can choose. Focused at the tip of the nose with eyes 1/10 open is a default eye postion. Or focus on the third eye to maintain concentration. > 2) For kirten kriya my breath pattern has been four > pulls on the exhale from the navel to coincide with sa > ta na ma followed by inhale through the nose. * This meditation is not given with the breath pattern. The breath is just natural or how it happens. I supposed you could do it this way, but the long inhale could distrupt the continuous rhythm of the mantra. For the> silent part do i continue to pull from the navel in > four parts on the exhale as if i were saying the > mantra? or do i breath deeply focusing on the screen > in my mind sa ta na ma entering the top of my head and > exiting through my third eye. You do focus as you described. Whatever breath works for you to keep the mantra continuously vibrating in a steady rhythm. > 3) Does the sodershan kriya meditation by itself > without setting the navel, since you are pumping the > navel? * Not sure of the question. But it does work on setting the navel. > 4)What do you think about hi-tech meditation? * What is that? > 5) I have alot of fear in me and find the nahbi kriya > gets rid of that anxiety and replaces it with > confidence. * Great. There must be an imbalance in my first > three chakras is there another way to balance them? * All lower chakra and navel sets. The kundalini sets in Sexuality and Spirituality are great. Try chair pose. > Over time will this condition correct itself with > continued practice or must i continue to pump the > navel the rest of my life? * You will make progress and keep getting more confident and a lot of other results. But the navel point has to be kept in shape, everyday. I'm prepared to do it> because with navel power i get so much more out of my> day. * There you have your own answer. > P.S. These are a great combination. I am practicing both myself at this time. > I thank you in advance for aiding me in my quest for > peace of mind. * Thanks for sharing. You are doing the work and getting the results! Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
Guest guest
Thank you for answering my questions. I sent another message today but disregard it. Patience is a virtue that i need to work on. Hi-tech meditation is meditating using a devise that automatically puts your brain into theta for example. Opinion or results, shared experience. -Chris --- Gururattan Kaur Khalsa <gururattan wrote: > Dear Chris, > > > A few questions: >
