Guest guest
Hi there, Can someone help me please. In order to awaken my kundalini, are the 25 lessons on kundaliniyoga.org sufficient. If not, are there any other recommendations? I have tried to find a yoga teacher near to me in uk, but have had no success, therefore, all I have is the 25 lessons from www.kundalini.org. Is this enough? What is the significance of chanting sa ta na ma and ong na mo guru dev during meditation? I would be grateful if someone could help me, and tell me of how they have awakened their kundalinis, and how this has changed their lives. With Blessings, Sat Nam, Suky. Guest guest
Dear Suky, > In order to awaken my kundalini, are the 25 lessons on > kundaliniyoga.org sufficient. Maybe, maybe not. You will probably need to do other sets and meditations later in your practice. If not, are there any other recommendations? There are plenty of sets and meditations to choose from. The important thing is to get started. There is plenty to do. I just completed 1000 plus days of the brainwave meditation, now I am on SA TA NA MA again. These are in the 25 lessons. That will keep you busy for a while. > > I have tried to find a yoga teacher near to me in uk, but have had no > success, therefore, all I have is the 25 lessons from > www.kundalini.org. Is this enough? It is certainly enough for a long time, plus you can buy books and dvd's on www.yogatech.com when you are ready. > What is the significance of chanting sa ta na ma and ong na mo guru dev during meditation? This is explained in the lessons. Get started and share what you experience with us. Many blessings, Gururattan Kaur

If not, are there any other > recommendations? Upon further reflection on this question, it seems that there is a question behind the question, i.e. how can I get results? The results from practing KY start immediately. Every time you do a set or a meditation you feel different, your energy changes. Raising Kundalini is a process of expanding consciousness. You awaken a little bit more every day. As our list members, and everyone else says, daily Sadhana, practice is the key.
