My first experience with yoga was for physical fitness only, 2 years later it has evolved into a spiritual journey opening doors and energy, flowing constantly with change and exploration. I found this avenue relatively later in life, but feel life lessons and treasures come at the times that we are ready to receive them. Lucky me, I'm abundantly blessed with good health, prosperity, joy and life, and I feel as if it's all just at the beginning of yet another exciting journey.
