My yoga name is Siri Ram Kaur, I'm 26, and I live on Cape Cod in Massachusetts. I've practiced KY on and off for two years going to local classes when I have time, but recently purchased some KY DVDs and have been trying to practice at home (which is a far more challenging experience in my opinion - I love the energy exchange you can get in a good class).
