hi,

my left leg keeps clicking whenever i do leg lifts for

the nabhi kriya. I think it is the ball and socket

joint in my pelvis. Are there any specific exercises

for this? Also, what is the importance of building a

pranic cavity?

Sat Nam Chris,

 

You might try to support your lower back by placing your hands

udnernearth your buttocks in this exercise; also tilt the pelvis in

so the lower back is firmly on the ground; this should stop

the "clicking" you refer to.
