Guest guest
Sat Nam Kim, There is a book by Susun Weed called "New Menopausal Years" that is an excellent source on info for understanding symptoms related to women's hormonal changes (which most medical doctors are appallingly ignorant about anyway). It also contains hard to find info on many helpful herbs you can easily grow in your yard. Her website - susunweed.com - also has some articles. Garden stores usually carry only a small selection of cullinary herbs but you can get seeds for most medicinal herbs inexpensively on the Internet. Covered plastic seed starter containers (storebought or home made) make starting plants from seed a lot easier. For the fuzzy chin, try a cosmetic solution. Manipulating your hormonal balance in response to this might be overkill - tantamount to killing a fly with a sledgehammer. You can buy a battery operated electrolysis tool that gradually kills the hair folicles.(Some are overpriced. Cost starts at $15.) The ones out now don't use needles, but a tweezer that is charged by radio waves. You can treat several hairs at once. Hope this helps. So could someone be so kind as to give some info on how to increase female hormones and especially what foods might be best. Also would any know anything about Pheromone in Humans. > Kim............Charleston WV
